Regular maintenance is essential to keep every website secure and functioning properly. Relax and let us take care of your new site for you with a Site Maintenance Pack. Includes everything you need to keep your new site healthy and maintained – including a fantastic discount on your website build!
- Spam protection
- Daily backups of the site
- Security & malware scanning
- Monthly theme, plugin and WordPress updates to keep your site secure and functional
- 1 hour of FREE website content edits, troubleshooting and support per quarter, including priority service (Work on the site will be scheduled within 3 days of request for service)
- A quarterly activity report detailing spam blocked, updates run and and work done on the site
- $100 discount on your initial website build (When Site Maintenance Pack is purchased before website build commences.)
- Cancel anytime with 30 days notice
what else do i need to know?
- Need something a bit different? We can provide an estimate for any website project, big or small.
- Website migrations involving existing email accounts or more complex setups may incur an extra charge, which will be quoted on and agreed to in advance.
- Sites including large photo galleries, custom icons, pricelists or menus, complex forms, complex migration, or extra functionality, integrations or plugins may incur an extra cost.
- Our Hosting Pack includes email hosting, and setup and testing of up to 2 email accounts. Links to access your email via webmail will be provided, along with configuration details should you wish to use an email app to access the email account/s. Set up of email apps will be the responsibility of the client.
